How we test. we create a player account ourselves, deposit via Bancontact, request a withdrawal and time every step. Licence status is verified directly with the Gaming Commission and check what the terms actually say.

What the law imposes
The rules on player protection here run more firmly than players tend to expect with concrete consequences for your account. Each site automatically applies a €200 weekly ceiling.
The Gaming Commission keeps one central exclusion register in EPIS: after registration no licensed operator grants you access. Reversing it is not immediate. Under-21s have been shut out of casino, hall and betting since September 2024; scratch cards and Lotto stay at 18. Without valid ID you do not get through.
